What do we mean when we say we will act upon it?
If you've found a better price on the exact item offered by other vendors, email us the vendor URL, item specifications, price & currency quoted and date of quote. We will then conduct a verification to ensure the legitimacy (fulfilling of certain conditions for the price guarantee to apply) of the request.
1. We will consider your price reference source to validate if it is a legitimate vendor (local or overseas) offering a lower price on the exact same item. In the case of overseas currencies, we consider exchange rates to arrive at a comparison amount to the Australian pricing that we have on offer. Rest assured that our aim is to offer better prices when compared to buying directly from overseas. If the verification is positive we will offer you a price that matches or beats our competitor's price.
2. We will match or beat price only if the verification proves that it is the exact same product we have on offer. It needs to be for the same number of users (single / multiple licenses etc) and the same operating system. It also needs to be the same version. Whilst shopping around you may find cheaper pricing for similar looking / sounding products but in reality they might have incomplete packs, upgrades, reduced functionality, versions, pirated copies etc.
